We are about to unbox review, go over in a full in depth, review on the brand new fit track, atria pro the 2.0. I do have the 1.0 on my wrist, but they just launched a few weeks ago. We got a nice long, matte box fit track on the top right. Atria pro fitness tracker now i do still have the box for the fit track 1.0 and, as you guys, can see it’s more of a box look. This is definitely a more sleeker look now some features they want. You know right off the bat guys it’s waterproof.

FitTrack Watch Review

It does the temperature measurement it’s got the blood oxygen monitoring, it’s got sleep tracking and it’s got a 15 day standby time now, as you guys open the box, you’re gon na have the watch on the top here. You’Re also going to be getting a charger. That does not come with the wall charger, but it’s, just a usb that you connect uh to the wall, so you can grab any cube that you guys have at home or you guys can connect this straight into a laptop, so it’s usb on one side. Okay – and you just put the watch on a magnetic device and it’ll charge by itself anywhere, you guys want, if you guys open the flap as well guys it’s going to be coming with a manual. So the atria 2.0 has everything a smartwatch has to offer. It’S got everything that an apple eye watch would have to offer. It is everything that a fitbit, but you know what guys what i love the most about it is that it’s been helping me manage my health holistically and accurately, and these would be through the blood oxygen, sensors, the sleep, sensors, the body temperature and the heart and Activity sensor, so all four of those guys it’s a big improvement in regards to actual 1.0 to 2.0, and it does these with all these sensors on the back very very accurately, now i’m going to be throwing up a picture on the screen right now, and i Just want to quickly go over all the features that it has like i mentioned guys so it’s going to be waterproof.

The outro 2.0 is water resistant and up to 1.5 meters designed to withstand dirt dust and also sand it’s compatible with bluetooth, 5.0 android, 5.0 and apple ios 10.0 devices and higher it’s got a 24 hour heart rate tracking system. It’S got the alarm and event reminder. It also has all the message: notifications on your phone. So if i get text messages at the gym or wherever i am during the day i’m getting phone calls text messages, emails everything you guys need in regards to notifications. You can also get personalized reminders, stay motivated with the personalized reminders that keep you moving, getting a good night’s rest, crushing your health goals, guys every time you finish a workout it’s, going to give you a summary it’s going to pop up on your watch. So you can see exactly what just happened. Another good thing is the blood oxygen guys, so it can. The 2.0 has a revolutionary spo2 sensory tech to monitor your blood oxygen levels so that you’re, aware of any changes to your overall wellness. Another feature guys it’s, going to help you with breathing and meditation there’s sections on the app that you guys can use for that. It’S got a do not disturb option it’s going to send you gold rings. So, in regards to calories burned, you got high and low heart rate notifications throughout the day. Another feature, guys is the sleep. You can also track light sleep, deep sleep and rem sleep.

 

Fit track watch

This is going to be very easy, put it on throughout the night and then check your phone the next morning and see what the stats are. It’S got huge amounts of sports modes, guys it’s got an active zone minutes it’s got a step counter. It’S got a thermometer, especially during covert right now, that’s very important you can have different watch faces. You got the health app that’s completely free you’ve got wellness reports on the daily, weekly or monthly. Another feature guys. You can charge the atria 2.0 in two to three hours for the full day. That’S all it takes, so you can go out there and crush your goals and then the last thing guys the feature it is sleek, it’s, modern, it’s, very light. It doesn’t irritate my wrist or anywhere around my hand at all. It is honestly one of the better uh smart watches out in the market right here, all right guys. So i got my phone in front of me right now. I just want to show you guys quickly how to set it up, so you guys are going to be going over to the app store and searching up fit track, as you guys can see right there and it’s going to be this app right here. So you’re just going to open that. So when you first open the app guys it’s not going to look like this i’ve already set mine up when you guys go and set yours up, it’s going to ask you for your email, a password, um it’s, going to ask you for your weight, your body Dimensions, obviously your height, so you can set up the whole app by itself and then you can go ahead and pair the watch now when you guys are ready to pair the watch.

You can either hit this plus on the top right here. Okay and then you can go ahead since i have both the 1.0 and the 2.0 ready to go. I’Ve already done that you’re just going to do that and you’re going to hit search devices and it’s going to be paired. So let’s just skip forward. Let’S say it’s paired guys. I just want to walk you guys through the app right here so on the first guy i have made my dashboard, so i can see my weight: okay, the heart rate, the activity and the sleep. So, for instance, guys if you guys have the fit track scale that they offer, you can also pair the scale and the watch into this app together, so it’s going to make everything a lot easier when you wake up in the morning, you want to weigh yourself. You put your watch on everything’s going to be synced together, guys um, the heart rate, guys you guys can see right here, it’s going to show pulse rate the day week and month. It’S got everything from the spo2 the oxygen which i’ve already told you guys about. Okay and we’re going to be getting into the watch in a bit here now the activity you can see all the activity that i’ve done. If you guys want you guys, do everything from the watch when you guys start riding or you guys start going weight, training or whatever it is biking.

Cycling, uh, rowing, okay or you can also go into here and add any exercises that you want. As you guys can see, they got a ton of different ones, alphabetically order here. If we get out of the activities guys and then we can also go to the sleep, so it’s gon na track, your sleep, like i mentioned throughout the whole night, okay and then you can check the app the next morning and for instance, last night guys i Got a total of seven hours and 46 minutes of sleep. However, i only got seven hours of light sleep and only 46 minutes of deep sleep, so this is a good way to tell you know if you’re getting enough deep sleep or not. This is very, very interesting. The the science behind this is is awesome and i was actually getting seven hours and 46 minutes of sleep as you guys can see. If you go over to the bottom here guys, you guys can see what’s going on right now. The heart rate, the steps for the full day, the calories, the total sleep – they also have a blog at the bottom here, guys that you guys can check out. They got great up to date, daily stories you guys can read and then on the right guys, um. We also have your profile so put in you know the weight you want to accomplish the current weight you’re at you know all the goals, the personal details, things like that, any devices that you guys have paired you guys can see right there.

They also have the settings on the top right profile: the apps, the software notifications that’s the app right there let’s get into the watch. Okay, so i took off my wrist just to show you guys a little bit easier. This is going to be the first face. Watch that you guys are going to see you guys can customize it to anything you got. We got the time right here, the weather, the battery percentage on the bottom right. We got messages, steps, bpm and calories. This is the best one that i like to use. Just because i can see everything right when i turn the watch on, if you guys swipe to the left, you guys are going to see messages. If you guys take one swipe to the right, you guys are going to see all the different smart spoons you guys can see. We got fast, walk, run, biking, hiking, scroll down, hit, workouts yoga, rowing machine weight, lifting aerobics. If you guys swipe one more to the right, we can see breathe training the sp02, which i’m going to show you guys the hr, the heart rate, the body temperature, the sleeping any events, stop watch timer, so many different features guys and we got settings down at The bottom right there, so the first thing i want to go over guys is the spo2 guys so i’m going to put this on my wrist. So there you guys have it there, so i just measured it guys.

What is my overall honest opinion on this i’m just going to talk freely on this topic, guys so i’ve been wearing this guys for the last few weeks now, and i must say it has helped me throughout my overall day to day life it’s helped me, you Know mentally it’s helped me physically it’s helped me, you know in the gym outside the gym, to be honest, guys, it’s, gon na track, everything that you need like i’ve gone over guys the blood oxygen, the body temperature, the sleep. These are features that before owning this watch, i did not know anything about. I was never tracking that stuff it’s. I was very curious to see all these different features in action and to see my own body adapt to this and see you know what i’m only getting 45 minutes of you know deep sleep, which is not good, so it’s in regards to the features guys it’s Been awesome, i was always curious on how many calories i’m burning on the bike, if that was even accurate uh when i’m weight training, how many calories am i burning? I can now see these things um through the watch in real time, and it is very accurate guys. So you know i thought i was burning. You know five six hundred calories in a workout when i’m really only burning three to four hundred, which you know if you’re down in a weight, loss journey and you’re trying to cut and lose weight.
