Im also going to talk about the features that the smartwatch has and my review in relation to how I have been using it for the past two weeks. As you can see, it came with a usual Amazon cardboard, packaging, its actually a small packaging. So I was not expecting that the box, which the watch will come with, will be too impressive in size. Instinct 2, as solar is a smaller version of Instinct 2 solar, the S indicates for the smaller size or it being the smaller version, and solar obviously means that it has the solar panel technology, which harvests solar energy. While you are outside in the sand. So much solar and energy in solar anyway, it is supposedly a tough Smartwatch which can withstand rugged activities, its not a diving watch, but it is water rated to 100 meters. Second best you will get after a diving watch according to garmans website. It has a fiber, reinforced polymer case and chemically strengthened scratch resistant, Corning Gorilla Glass. It also comes in different colors, but I went for the less conspicuous graphite version. It has multiple Global navigation satellite systems that include GPS, glonas, Galileo, but while Ive been using it, it always has a hard time acquiring my GPS location when Im in a building. Well, it might not matter for some since its supposed to be an outdoor watch, but it would have been fun if the GPS acquisition is easier indoors. Some features that it has which I have not tested since I havent got the chance, are the ABC sensors, including an altimeter for elevation data barometer to monitor weather and three axis electronic Compass.

They are always active in the watch, but I never really use these features, but it will be very useful for people who, actually, you know, check on them for their activities for navigation. It has the track back routing where it will navigate you back where you started in case you get lost. This is very helpful. The solar harnessing capability of this watch extends its already long battery life. It has smart notifications as well and quick replies which boosts productivity. I can personally attest to it, for I have been using this watch for two weeks now, and the smart notifications and quick replies make it hard for me to miss anything. Also, it syncs with my calendar, which improves my productivity. There is also an app which enables you to customize how your watch looks and which information it will show. It also has safety and tracking features which can send location to your contacts, which can be life saving when an emergency situation. It has a built in Sports app that connects with the app on the phone. It can even suggest workouts and recovery time after a workout. It also has support for skiing and snowboarding. It has body sensors for monitoring, heart rate, oxygen, saturation, stress, tracking, Advanced sleep monitoring and so much more. I will keep this unboxing video short, but if you are interested to know more about a feature or you know general questions about this watch, let me know – and I might be able to produce another short video on a specific topic relating to Garmin Instinct 2s.

Solar in conclusion, the reason why I got this watch is because I needed a really tough watch that I can wear all the time every day it has this basic retro look, which is more than enough for what I need my watch to look like. I watch Thief: wouldnt be too attracted to steal it unless they actually know what it is worth. There are so many kinds of smart watches in the market right now, but I was looking for a very sturdy thermal and shock resistant Smartwatch that can be taken anywhere without me. Thinking that I was going to break it, it also has a contactless payment feature which I forgot to mention earlier and lastly, I wanted a smart watch that I did not need to charge every two days.
