This watch does not measure sp02, that is blood oxygen, but it does track your workout now under sports mode, you’ll find workout options like indoor and outdoor walk, as well as run hiking, stair, stepper outdoor cycling, stationary bike, elliptical and rowing machine.
The workouts are pretty limited. There is no option for gym based strength, training workout, but from my testing against the apple watch for an hour long outdoor walk. This watch did pretty good.
