You have a little bit of sporting activity capability in here that you can do and a full on ecg test with the electrical plates at the bottom and a ring here that allows you to produce an ecg chart that is visible on the uh on the app Itself, you have messages and a bunch of more stuff that you can play with like stop, watches countdown timers. Your notifications find your phone if you're tethered a large range of brightnesses, auto, lock the screen, a bunch of switches to turn things on and off, clearing the data and, of course, going back and if you're done, you can turn the device off as well. Variety of different watch faces it's a nice thin thing with a beautiful metal bezel. It is one of the few very, very few watches that do the ecg blood oxygen, sleep, apnea, monitoring, scientific sleep with rim calculations.
